Substantial key components of the plants are  in-house developments and/or own products of LAEIS. Our own electronics department worries about the complete system control, process visualization and collection, evaluation and storage of the production data etc. Our R&D center at ALPHA CERAMICS in Aachen, second to none in competence and equipment, takes over the optimization of existing production plants as well as the development of new technologies up to the plant design. All process steps from raw material preparation via mixing technology, shaping and drying up to firing can be tested and demonstrated in a production-like pilot scale.
