LAEIS press moulds feature high dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Based on state-of-the-art technology our mould engineering department develops high quality products for an especially long service life. Adapted to the different fields of application all press moulds are produced customer-specific with various coatings. Our special strength is the elaboration of optimum specific solutions also for complex products such as moulds for special shapes, even with multi-lifting, or moulds with vacuum or aeration devices. Basis for the high-performance concept of LAEIS in the development, construction and documentation in mould engineering is the application of CAD. Precise calculation of the mould frames results in a high degree of safety, durability, weight optimisation and exact dimensioning of our products.
